Finding Us
Location: Rim Khao Resort
Parking: Free on-site parking is available (no reservation required).
Check-in & Arrival
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (14:00 – 20:00)
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early/Late Policy: Early check-in and late check-out are generally not allowed. If your room is not ready, we are happy to store your luggage securely while you explore the island!
How to Check-in: Please proceed directly to the Reception Desk.
Late Arrivals: If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, you must notify us in advance.
Note: Arrivals after 8:00 PM without prior notice will incur a 250 THB service fee.
Getting Here
From Saladan Pier (1 km): Take a Tuk-Tuk from the ferry terminal. Cost is approximately 80–100 THB per person (5-minute ride).
From Krabi Airport: Shared taxi vans are available at the arrival terminal for 350–500 THB per person.

Payment & Deposit
Deposit: A 100% deposit is required to finalize your booking.
Payment Methods: We accept Bank Transfers, PayPal, and Debit or Credit Cards through our secure payment system.
Confirmation: Please send us your proof of payment once complete to avoid cancellation.
On-site: We accept credit cards at the property.
Resort & Pool Rules
Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (08:00 – 19:00).
Safety Notice: Strictly no swimming after 7:00 PM due to chemical treatments. Violations will result in a fine.
Maintenance: The pool will be closed for renovation from May 1st – June 7th. All other amenities remain open.
Life in the Tropics
Rim Khao is a traditional bungalow-style property set in a lush environment. Please note:
Nature: Geckos and harmless insects are a natural part of island life and may enter ventilated spaces.
Bungalow Design: Our rooms are designed for tropical airflow and are not airtight.
Refund Policy: The presence of local wildlife is not a valid reason for a refund. We are happy to provide mosquito netting or maintenance help during staff hours.
House Rules
Identification: Valid ID/Passport is required for all guests at registration.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted in rooms. We reserve the right to evict unauthorized occupants.
No Parties: Gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.
Safety: Please respect the health and security of all guests and staff.
